TERRIBLE

Absolutely terrible. This flooring is hard to clean. you can see every footprint ever made on it. We have only had this laid in our home for 11 months. It is the worst . Doesn't matter if you are barefoot, with boots, slippers or even socks.. you can see every single foot print, even after mopping. I asked the flooring guy at my Lowes how to clean it out of frustration. He suggested a swiffer power mop. NO, That doesn't clean it either. Great Product!!!

If you're a do it yourself kind of guy this is not too hard to install. My Dad and I re-did my sisters whole entire home and came out great. Super easy to install and took about a week for a 1301sq home. Picked up the boxes locally and none were chipped, highly recommend picking up at your local Lowe's if in stock. Better chance of quality product, these shipping companies sometimes don't ship them with care unfortunately.

Disintegrated after 12 months

We purchased this flooring from our local Lowes in March of 2023. It was absolutely beautiful and easy to install. Within about 12 months, the joints began breaking down and popping off so we began gluing repairs. At the 24 month mark, the entire floor is breaking down and if we walk barefoot, we cut our feet. Broken tiles

Received both of my floor tiles broken and only received return for one

The Lowes installers from Floor Interior Services, Rauen Floor Specialists did an excellent job. They used a level to determine if the floor was level. They found out that the center of the room was higher than the edges and so they applied cement to the edges to raise them up. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and how careful they were in moving our furniture.

End pieces do not lock together

The end pieces would not lock together or stay together. It was not just one bad box - I opened 2 boxes. I had to return and find another floor for my client. I have installed a lot of flooring. This was a first for me and also a first (and last) buying a floor from Lowes. My client is the one who found the floor. It takes a lot of time to finally pick the right flooring. Go with a name brand. NOT this

Due to how flimsy the product is, it was difficult to click together as it does not stay "true" There were gaps in the center of the plank connections. The recommended installation tools break the edges of the flooring. I ended up returning it for a popular name brand flooring system. I gave it one star as I could not proceed with selecting zero
