Not built to last

Barely 2 summers of use and the eye the swing seat attaches to is already worn through halfway, despite constantly keeping it greased. We don't expect it to last through another summer at this rate.

Very comfortable

Difficult to install, instructions not clear. Great size for 3 persons.

It is good and support for damaged part is good

I bought this more than 2 years back. Waited this long to review. it is good and sturdy. When I was assembling noticed one part has been damaged and contacted the support and they send the entire replacement part. I have a suggestion on that, if they can keep that plastic part in separate packing, it won't break. or they can send only that part instead of sending the entire top metal pipe. It would be cost effective.

Swing issues

I bought this swing new. I had one previously that held up rather well outside for years. I got this one because I could no longer get a cushion replacement and the canopy needed replacing too. By the time I bought the new canopy and bought material to recover the cushion on the old swing it would just pay to buy new swing which I did. Its a nice swing but poorly manufactured the 2 ends that hold the cover on, are backword the indentations should be on the outside so the beveled screws fit properly . Then there were several screws that didnt tighten down properly because the washers were to small and didnt fit tight against the head of the screw

Worth the time to put together!

Great swing! It did take a bit to put together, but the directions were easy to follow. It’s a comfortable swing. Feels very sturdy. Looking forward to fall naps in this swing!

Patio swing

Product was just what I imagined it would be.

Cannot convert to a bench. Also its low

i bought this but cant figure out how to make it from a daybed to a Futon swing like a bench like in the pic. does anyone have an idea? also how to make it higher off the ground.

Canopy collects rain water

Have had several 3 person swings in the past. This is the first one that has such a poor designed canopy. When in rains the rain collects and sags the canopy no matter how you slant it. It will not last.
