Poor quality assurance, poor delivery experience

Poor delivery experience and absolutely NO quality assurance with this product! Quality Assurance: When you assemble it yourself, theoretically it's supposed to be designed to have enough play in the various holes to allow everything to line up. Specifically, the bolts are supposed to go through oval holes to get to the other side where the bolts insert. The ovals were supposed to create some slack. Arrived damaged

 Would Not Recommend

The product came damaged. The seat was bent n the middle at about a 60 degree angle. Very disappointing. When I reported it to Lewes, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then they wanted me to buy another one before I got my refund for the damaged one. Overall, a bad experience.

The parts did not line up on the bench I couldn't get it together because the holes did not align. Bolts stripped out and now I have to return it. JUNK
