Vanity top is warped and won't sit flat on cabinet

This is a nice looking vanity top, but we are almost to the install faze and I wanted to see how it lookes. The whole top is warped and won't sit flat on the cabinet. It will not work with the backsplash that comes with the top. There is a 3/4 inch gap on either side with the middle all humped up. Very disappointed and we're returning it tomorrow.

Very heavy but easy to install.

I purchased the Solstice 61 Inch bathroom countertop on January 19th, 2024. We took it out of its packaging only to discover that it has a defect near the right front corner. Initially, we thought it was paint, but it appears that color wasn't added to this portion of the countertop. we drove two and a half hours to get this countertop along with our new bathroom vanity. Affordable vanity top and sink.

To be fair, we are still prepping the space before we install it, however, the “marbling” is screen printed and looks like an average picture, but worse, the backsplash has a fist size all white “hole” while the rest is marbled. When I tried to swap it out with a new backsplash thinking mine was an error in production, the only other at Lowe’s had the exact same hole in the same place. Investigating other options to replace the backsplash, a little disappointing.

Not the best attempt of a stone finish!

Price point is good for a cheaper upgrade to a stone-looking counter top. However, the material feels like thin concrete with a stone pattern on top and polished finish. It is not actual stone! The corners of the sink show the fake application of the stone pattern and the smooth finish had scratches and gouges in it. If you want a stone stop, buy an actual stone top, because this isn’t it.

Poor quality and design

The vanity was purchased as "new" so the scratches on the surface must be from the factory. The back splash was not only bowed but humpbacked and had surface damage. I'm guessing quality control is non-existent at the mfg's factory. The unit also does not have an overfill port which proves my theory that corporations are well into providing poorer quality products with fewer benefits and more defects while charging more money and avoiding reasonable customer service like the plague. not durable

My contractor installed this after I purchased it online and it wasn't until he was finished that I noticed multiple scratches in the finish and at least 2 spots where his tools must have chipped it. It is obvious that the colors are only on the surface and great care must be taken to protect it. I imagine that it will get more scratches through normal usage, it is definitely a budget item.

Looked very nice in bathroom, gray and white in color, no beige…..but within two months chipped on top for no apparent reason. Vanity is in guest bathroom and rarely used. Will return.
