Holds a lot of bird food. A little hard to figure out how to open the top but overall happy with this purchase.

Perfect feeder!

This bird feeder is wonderful - I had my doubts when I saw that it was all plastic, but it seems sturdy enough, and the bright red color is nice, and attracts attention from the birds. It is larger than it looks in the photo online, and can hold a large amount of birdseed. Although it is large, the perches are best suited to small birds no bigger than a cardinal, which is fine with me - I've seen a dove make attempts to perch on it, with no success. Better than expected

My first ever bird feeder. I was quite surprised to see the wide variety of critters stopping by to snack & feed. Quite a variety of birds visit daily along with one unique squirrel that hasn't presented a problem and it very acrobatic. It has turned my backyard into a little jurassic park of sorts with an interesting display of wildlife. Placed a few feet away is a new birdbath as well that I maintain daily fresh water. Bird Feeder

This is a nice low cost feeder. The top fits nicely and it has a very sturdy attachement cable.

The reason I bought this feeder was that it looked like it would be harder for squirrels to get to the food. I do have a squirrel deflector above the feeder but that never stopped the squirrels from getting onto the top of the feeder and getting food out of it. This new one has eliminated that problem completely. The squirrels still come around but they only get the seed that falls to the ground. The only thing negative is that I'm now using twice as much seed as before but the birds love it.

It was in with the hummingbird feeders, that is what I thought I was buying. Now I have it do not want it but am stuck. Should have been marked better.

Sturdy, easy to fill

These feeders hold a pretty good amount of birdseed, don't seem to get very messy, are easy to hand and easy to refill. Fairly sturdy and don't cost an arm and a leg. We keep a lot of feeders out and this is the best for seed.

Great little birdfeeder!

Don't let the price fool you...this is a great little birdfeeder! The right red color is really cheerful and the trays are supplied well from the hopper. The little roof keeps the seed dry, even in Oregon rain. We've had some winds too, and it's held up well. The birds love it. The squirrels try to get to it, but especially with the shepherd's crook I got (at Lowes) to hang it on, they can't get much. So while it's not squirrel proof, it's not easy for them either. Sturdy but inexpensive

This feeder holds up the best to my vicious squirrels with a locking lid and wire hanger, instead of string which the squirrels chew through. It also has a very large capacity. I have two of them which all sorts of birds visit. My only complaint: the label on the clear plastic. It won’t peel off cleanly.

The Garden Treasure feeder has done its job very well and attracted many more birds to my patio. I have noted paired cardinals, blue-jays, paired sparrows, paired doves and blackbirds. When I watch, I witness a feeding frenzy. They encounter no problems feeding (except that the bigger birds keep shoving and pushing the smaller ones aside to take their places).
