It said the cover was machine washable, i assumed that their was a protective layer underneath, since it only said the cover could be washed. The probelm was that our puppy had one accident and even tho i got to it immediately, it soaked thru the cover, which is perfectly washable, down to the foam, which was not washable in any way. I rang the customer service number on the tag and spoke to them for almost 30 minutes while they tried to...
