Not just a plant rack
Would RecommendI don't use this as a plant holder, I use it to hang wet clothes on my apartment screened porch. It's perfect for items that should be air dried rather than put in a clothes dryer. A nice feature is that you can lock the swing arm down so it stays stationary. Unlocked, it can be pushed back out-of-the-way against a wall. It will hold 5 or 6 garments on hangers. More convenient and better looking than a clothes line on your porch or balcony.

Good, Sturdy and well Priced, Need quality check
Would RecommendSome are not centered correctly, in other words when installed you can move the hanger 0 to 180 with stops in multiple points and the Middle point is not centered for few. Say 1 or 2 out of 10 not. I didn't noticed it when I installed but after finishing with 21 of them.
