Well I am still waiting on the product to arrive, past the 7 day estimated delivery, and the item color in this review is not what was ordered so, guess that’s a 0 star review also

Make sure you have your ts crossed. Go. Over thing

I’m happy with the product and installation went well. Trouble is they didn’t have the carpet for the hallway or stairs. Had to get the measurements done again. Will also have to set up the installation. Somewhere something went wrong.

Still waiting for carpet almost 2 months

It's been almost 2 months and has not been installed. We just keep getting false promises.

This product goes great with my tongue and groove pine walls!!

Too Early to Know

This was just installed. The installer did a good job and it looks great. However only time will tell how well the carpet will stand-up to wear. Survey me in 5 years.

Process is slow but they kept me well informed

The carpet and padding looks and feels great. Make sure the salesperson includes install of a transition strip if needed. This was not included in mine and was an additional expense requiring a different purchase and installation expense.

Carpet is great , but the whole process took too long, almost a month from the day we ordered the carpet until it was installed.

Carpet is soft and comfortable to walk on. I was very unhappy to have to pay an extra $500 due to the old carpet getting soiled in the master bedroom at the last minute by the elderly, sick homeowner and the installers not wanting to remove and dispose of the carpet as “biohazard”. I had tried to clean the soiled areas with disinfectant cleaner but could not get it up. We had removed all the furniture and all they had to do was remove the old carpet and install the new carpet.
