Over priced and sloppy fit.

The back of the chairs need longer screws to make it easier attaching them the chair base. Also they should be attached before attaching the chair base to the frame, not like what the instructions show. The chair frame needs a lot of adjustment to align the chair back to it. This is not a precise fit since all the alignment mounting brackets are over size to make up for the sloppy fit. The paint job is on the thin side and will wear quickly.

Very good choice

Very good set. The cushions are inside the rattan waving, so it is comfortable while looking stylish. Looks great on our patio. Took a minute to put together, but not overly difficult.

It’s made in China

Over priced for something you had to put together your self. Instructions not easy to understand We will see how it holds up

Comfy and sturdy but quality not what I expect

Fairly simple to assemble once you figure out the terrible directions. Quite comfortable and sturdy. Very disappointed that the coating on the metal rubs right off, 2 days after assembly. Hoping Lowe’s stands behind the product and replaces the affected pieces.

Comfortable

I wanted a set without cushions. This set has cushions built in and they are comfortable right out of the box. I bought the matching sofa as well. Very reasonably priced. Directions aren't clear. Takes 2 people to put together.

Too difficult to box up and take back

Best part about this set is no cushions which isvthe primary reason we purchased. Other than that the quality of the plastic weave, metal, finish, hardware and welds are all VERY poor. Weld broke from pushing on table with fingers and multiple misaligned fastener locations that are off by 3/4 of a hole.

Not user friendly

Did not like that the construction of the furniture was not user friendly. Some screws were defective and the holes they went into were not accurate to put furniture together. Had to pull and tug to get it together. And had to use other screws I had to put together. One chair top was already damaged

Terrible hardware

Very nice looking chairs but they come unassembled, and the hardware is the worst quality I have seen in a while. Several of the bolts and/or the female parts were cross threaded and stripped the bolts out. I had to go back to the store to buy better hardware to get them assembled.
