Would RecommendI went to the Aiken, SC, Lowe's intending to buy one of the concrete birdbaths they claimed were in stock. The very laconic assistant didn't know if they had any, wasn't sure where they were, pointed to the back, and was not about to help us. We found only a few concrete tops, no pedestals, no complete sets. and were about to leave in disgust.
