Pitiful customer service

When we received our rocking chairs both were damaged but that isn’t the problem. One was slightly damaged and I fixed that one pretty easy. The other one had the arm rest broken in two places. I contacted Lowe’s online customer service and the Lowe’s representative said that he would open a case on the damaged chair and that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. Easy to assemble. Very pretty wood

OK Chair

I would say for the price, the chair is OK. Assembly went alright but the two cross bars that have screw attachments split before the screws even got fully installed. I think the pre-drilled holes were sized too small. The chair still felt sturdy once it was fully assembled, but I have doubts as to how long it will last. Still, it works for the time being.

Horrible, Cheap and Weak

Horrible!!! This product is made of cheap light wood. The pre drilled holes are inconsistent which makes for splitting. I have one part brake while assuming. Don’t waste your money.

On the whole it does the job.

Staining is uneven and there are drips. It was easy to assemble once I had some help from customer service. Some slats are rough. On the whole, though I am satisfied

good chair, but finish uneven

I have this in black and was very happy with it. It is on my porch but I take it in for the winter. I bought this one in "natural". After a little difficulty understanding the instructions, it took about an hour total to assemble. Now that I know what I am doing, it would take about a half hour. It is comfortable BUT the finish, which seems to be sprayed on, is uneven. There are some drips on the back. 1 star because it looks good

Everything else about this product is a nightmare. Screw heads will strip out easily. Just get different screws or just don't buy this. Plus the holes don't line up. Have some jd weld ready to fix the issues you'll run into as soon as you install. Had it 3 hours and it's cracking. Doesn't seem super sturdy. Might as well buy poly wood. Also not super comfortable

WARNING - Defective!!!

chair came with TWO LEFT HAND ARM RESTS. Chair cannot be put together. Chairs come in a box, not constructed, so you cannot see if they are defective until assembly. Also chair is DIFFERENT wood color than advertised

Very durable chairs

Great product, the chairs are very sturdy and the wood material is of good quality. The only problem was with the paid assembly that the assembly team scratched certain parts of the chairs.

Not worth it

Bought both of mine in store. Came home and one was completely cracked before even beginning assembly. After my fiance assembled one I was so excited to use it. This chair is for really tall people and it’s uncomfortable to sit in. Disappointed but it’s okay! Beautiful chair but I won’t use. Returning

Trash

Even after gluing it together ans screwing it together it fell apart after one week. Even the parts the were factory assembled. Rockers are made wrong, you set into it and it almost falls over backwards. You have to lean way forward to get it to set back up straight. A big waste of money

Saw the chairs and was interested in the natural finish and the “rustic” look. Saleswoman was very helpful and we bought them a few minutes later. They are now on our back porch - lookin’ good, very comfortable!
