Missing piece

I just brought this clothing rack home from Lowe's and the very first instruction is explicit that you need to check that all parts are there. It seems to me that the manufacturer should do that for us before they box it up. The set that I bought is missing one large piece. Wouldn't trust this manufacturer. What a headache.

Lowe’s Rolling Garment Rack

I bought it to replace a flimsy one I recently purchased elsewhere - which leaned precariously to the left or right one loaded, and failed to stand straight. It took NO screws & bolts to build, had small wheels, Just a poor design. Lower rack just fell out of the frame, clothes and all, when I tried to shift it. Just my expereince, this time

Never received... ordered March 7 with a delivery date of March 11... it's March 21, although I've received emails my order has been delivered, it hasn't... I called customer service and was told that my items were axtually delivered BACK to Lowes due to damage... I've received a return refund for only part of my order, so far... customer service says the other part was delivered back to Lowes and a refund "should be" issued by this morning -- it wasn't. And I must say, I have ordered from Lowes...

Flimsy

unstable and not sturdy enough to hold many clothes

For the cost, this is a no brainer - Get it !

-Easy to assemble -Rolls easily -Love the extension rods on the ends

Functions well.

The rack is sturdy enough to be filled with clothes and coats and does not collapse with the weight. The end pieces that can be pulled out are good for hanging light items.

For light garments only

I got it because it was their heavy duty best seller but was a disappoint for me and fell apart and bent to one side after loading and rolling cart. Its more suited for light clothing items and do not recommend. I returned it for a commercial grade rack made for heavy garments at another store and much happier with it.

Double check the pieces prior to assembly.

It's not Lowe's fault but this came with one wrong piece, which made it difficult to put together. They sent a duplicate part E instead of part B. Oh well, by the time I had a half assembled I wasn't going to take it all back and exchange it, so I modified it.

I want my money back… poor quality metal.

I purchased three of these racks and finally put them together about a month ago and on all three racks the metal bent without heavy clothing or no moving around the racks. I’m so disappointed in the end results and I desire my money back.

It will do the job, but it feels like it’s going to fall apart if you roll it around loaded. Looks good. But its performance is very entry level. Wouldn’t buy again, and only did cuz I was on a pinch and had no choice due to lack of local options when I needed it. On a positive side, it IS easy to put together and take apart if you plan to use it on and off. It will fit again inside its box if you prefer, or can remove top from base and store in a closet or under a bed. That’s the only positiv...
