First one received damaged
We purchased online and paid for delivery from our local store. It came broken and unscrewed in many places, I can’t believe Lowe’s would even sell it that damaged. I called customer service and they said they could replace it a week later. The new one was much better and they removed the damaged one. Overall I’d recommend just buying one in person so you can see the quality and choose the best one

Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. Product is as pictured. Some screws missed the mark and i will have to grind off as they're exposed and dangerous. (I purchased 4 benches/ 2 out of 4 with exposed screws). Also the printing on the boards is on the upside of the tables and benches instead of underneath, which is bizarre to me. But theyre study and will be fine for my restaurant patio.
