I purchased in store and felt it was a good buy and quality product. I liked that it came with the liner as well. I purchased two of them for a specific place and purpose, but once I got them home and hung up, I l realized I purchased the wrong size and they were too small. I returned them and the that process was very easy and pleasant.

They won't last
I like the nice simple design, but am disappointed these didn't last more than two years. The metal slats rust, and the "spokes" will break away from the rim and the bottom where the connections are weak. Only buy them if you don't mind the short lifespan.
