DELIVERY WINDOW - 2 HOURS EARLY
This review is not about the product. It is about the delivery service. I was given a four-hour delivery "window" of from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. My house is currently unoccupied, so I arranged to have someone there during the pre-set delivery window. On the day of delivery, they gave me a 3 MINUTE notice that they would be there at 2 p.m. (two HOURS early) and would wait for 15 minutes. Would Not RecommendI picked up this shower wall and drove it 2 hours to the job site only to open it up and find it cracked. Loaded it back up and drove to the closest Lowe’s and exchanged it for another one. Drove it an hour back to the job site to find that one cracked. Loaded it up and drove back to Lowe’s. Exchanged it again. Opened it up to verify not cracked. Built a platform for it to sit on. Tied it to he platform with rope. Then ratchet strapped the platform to the truck and it still cracked b...
