Having recently been told by my doctor exercise more, this compact elliptical is the perfect way to get easy-on-the-knees exercise and enjoy it too. Keeping fit on a boat
Terrific alternative for using in a small space. I just wish the stride was a little longer. I’m using this to continue training (cardio and leg strength) while cruising on our boat.

I love everything about it, easy to use, etc. The only recommendation to make it better is if you could angle your toes up a little higher, maybe 45 degrees. Otherwise you have to be sitting up a little bit high to be able to use it effectively while sitting down.

Would RecommendI've been using this product daily since 2015 in standing position only. It's sturdy, balanced and operates smoothly. It got a little noisy as it aged but still worked well. I finally had to replace it because I wore out a roller which was hard to find. The price makes it easier to get a new Strider..

Been using under stand up desk for 2+ years
Would RecommendI use this for ~5 hours every work day, under my stand up desk. I’m on my 2nd one but with as many hours as I put on it, I’m very happy with the quality. The company even sent a free replacement when the first one wore out. I am able to stay in shape while working full time. My colleagues are used to me walking while I’m in calls and I’ve even motivated a few coworkers to buy one as well.

My favorite physical therapy tool.
