I'm an ultra runner with an office job and without this InMotion Compact Strider, I surely would have gone insane by now. As an aerospace engineer, a lot of my work is at a desk working on a computer, which typically people would assume is a seated job, however, I have never been good at sitting for extended periods of time. Don’t Buy Poor Quality

I loved this equipment until it broke. Be very careful it’s dangerous you could fall or hurt an ankle. The metal snapped. I’m in my 30s with a BMI of 20.7. There’s no way a well designed product should break like this after a year and a half.

Low impact equipment to get extra cardio

I work from home and sit most of the day in front of a computer. I bought this equipment to get extra cardio and improve blood flow. It works well and puts no strain on my knees. I would recommend it to others.

Compact effective seated cardio at home

Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use-I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small....

It works well but I think it’s more suited for someone with a desk job, so they can use it while sitting. It’s tricky doing it standing up, you have to have really good balance and even then, there’s always the risk of falling. Not noisy at all! But definitely heavy to move around.

Compact!

It keeps track of distance, time and calories. Also has a tension knob. It’s great for small places and to use under a desk. Unlike a full size elliptical it’s easy to bring to any room in my home.

Stride glider

The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv - the time goes by so fast you don’t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

I still need to try the standing option. I 100% recommend it! I love that it has different intensities. I wish it had some sort of mechanism to keep my feet from moving, but so far, so good!

I love the fact that I can be sitting down reading a book while doing the workout. The noise level is no bother to me, is not loud or anything. Great exercise equipment

It takes a minute to get used to centering your balance over top but once you do this thing has some zip! Easy to do in the living room watching tv or just chilling out with friends

Easy to set up

Great Elliptical

This is a great Elliptical machine! I bought my first one about 12 years ago and just loved it. When the fitness meter finally wore out, I decided to buy a second machine. After a few months I had a problem with this machine so I called customer service. They addressed my issue quickly and professionally. Their customer service is excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great company, great products and excellent customer service.

Good Compact Elliptical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mini-elliptical for over a month now in my office, it is functioning very well, the size is small enough I can store under the desk. I like the fact that I can perform some exercises during the day when there is some time available just in the office.

Easy and convenient workout.

I got this to use on rainy days. I really enjoy standing up while pedaling, because it is a completely different sensation and set of muscles. I can get a good workout while watching TV.

Handling issue

Difficult to move around the space. It’s hard to grab and move. I would recommend some kind of handle on body.

Best exercise equipment purchase ever!

I bought the Strider after seeing it on the YouTube Channel - Bob and Brad (the most famous physical therapists on the internet) Bob and Brad demonstrated it’s use and value to older people like myself and I’m finding it easy to use (I do need a chair back to steady my balance) but that aside the price was right, the device is well built, sturdy and quiet. I believe I’m going to get years of service and improved health outcomes.
