This is a great machine to use sitting. Love that it’s adjustable in tension.

Motivating.. but squeaks

I love the product, It keeps me motivated at work. However I have only had it a couple weeks, and it is squeaking when I pedal forward. I can pedal backwards and it doesn't squeak. Its weird.

Great for sitting, not for standing

I think I had higher expectations than I should have for this. The stride is short. REALLY short. It's way too short for an average-height adult to use while standing comfortably. It's fine for use while sitting down though. I would have liked for there to be some straps to help keep your feet down. It also started squeaking like, within 24 hours of purchasing it. I think that will probably be pretty easy to remedy with some white lithium grease though.

Great features

I purchased 3 weeks ago. Easy to put together, smooth ride ability. Just should hv front/back on instructions and base so yoyg know direction to place so you can begin riding.

Removes Workout Barriers

I love my Stamina Compact Strider. I work full time outside my house and have a dog waiting for me at home so some days it’s difficult to get myself to the gym since it lengthens the amount of time the dog needs to be crated. Also, if it’s frigid or bad weather it’s hard to convince myself to leave the comforts of the house. The compact strider gets rid of those barriers for me. I have it set up in my living room behind the armchair so I can workout while enjoying some television in the evening...

Great device except the noise

I bought this for under my desk at work. It's very smooth and fits under my desk. The only problem I'm having is after 3 days of use, its making a squeaking noise and I can't get it to stop. If I wipe the wheels down, it'll stop the squeaking for about 20 minutes. It'd be great to use at home when noise doesn't matter but in a super quiet office it doesn't work as great.

Great little machine

Perfect elliptical for small apartments. I also move around often and don’t want to lug around a big machine. The range of motion is pretty small, but it gets the heart pumping.

Okay- but came without all parts!

I like the product, but mine was delivered without all the parts included. It did not include the base for the wheels to slide on, so they just slide on my carpet. It still works, but I was disappointed not to get all the parts I paid for

Great strider!

I was looking for a small-space elliptical and this little strider is just perfect. It was easy to assemble and operates very smoothly. I use hand weights to provide a whole-body workout. Very happy with my purchase!

Very solid

I have only had this for 2 weeks, so far it is great. It was very easy to assemble It is very sturdy, doesn't move around when in use. It is very quiet. I can watch TV while using it.

I have knee issues therefore I wanted something that I could use sitting and this product works.

Great Idea, Not Great Design

I was very excited about this product. I did some research and found this within the price range that I was willing to spend. Within the first week, the right pad wore out and it began to squeak. I tried only using my left foot (thinking my right was too strong) after a few weeks, it made no difference. I have tried using tape to stop the squeaking. I now use my floor mat and put it under the roller-it still squeaks. My co-workers say they don't mind, but I do. Not all that impressed with ...

Easy to use, adjustable resistance, quiet

I received this as a Christmas gift from my wife. Her subtle way of telling me to get moving! I work at a desk 8 hrs a day and have been looking for a way to stay active. This was my solution. The best part about this product is that you can sit or stand while using it. My desk is adjustable so this is perfect for me. And, its adjustable and by that I mean you can really increase the resistance and really feel the burn. Very happy customer

It’s okay

Purchased in May, was very squeaky and the right crankshaft screw constantly needs to be retightened.

Easy Way to Keep Moving

I really enjoy my under desk elliptical. Sitting behind a computer all day, I sometimes would forget to get up and move. Now, I peddle for hours without thinking about it. You should still exercise, but this is great for people who sit all day at work. You need to keep the platform/wheels clear of dirt or it may squeek.
