What Customers Are Saying
The diamond-tipped hole saw bit provides mixed performance. Some users report excellent cutting ability and durability, especially when drilling through softer materials like tile and glass. However, many others experienced the bit wearing out quickly, particularly when used on harder surfaces like granite and porcelain. Proper use with water cooling and lubrication can help extend the bit's lifespan, but overall quality and consistency seem inconsistent.

Would Not RecommendI read bad reviews before I purchased this, but I thought to myself, "I'm a 20yr Pro, the other guys are probably DIYers drilling too fast or drilling dry." No alternate bits were available in the store either. $40 & this bit lasted only 5 holes before it started skidding across the ceramic tiles!
I use water to keep dust particles from flying eve
Would RecommendDid what it said. Able also to reuse. Cut hole through 1 and a half granite for grill outside kitchen.

Perfect tool
Would RecommendPerfect to drill a hole into a sink countertop. I like that it came with it's own bit and I did not have to buy additional components
I wish it has a starter drill bit.
Would RecommendI wish it had a starter drill bit to begin the hole.
Didn’t hold up
Would Not RecommendUsed water went slow and the bit still wore out before getting through 1 hole in 2cm granite
do not get this its just a waist of money.
Would Not RecommendThis thing did not make it through one hole. it looks like the diamonds on this thing just sheered off when I tried to use it for a half inch thick ceramic tile.

Sorry life span
Would Not RecommendWore out adter 4 holes. Thought it would last longer
It works well.
Would RecommendIt was used on a granite countertop. It started out cutting pretty fast. You must cool the cutter with water. About halfway through you can tell it slows down.
Beware
Would Not RecommendTeeth cut fine until it caught once in the material then the shank snapped off..
waste of money
Would Not Recommendwet drilled 3 holes through porcelain with routine cleaning of the bit and tile, then the bit went completely dull. Highly recommend Milwaukee's diamond max bit over this.
Wore out after first hole
Would Not RecommendDrilled first hole ok, but then went dull. Had to back to store and buy a different brand which worked fine.
Easy drilling holes in ceramic tile and glass
Needed this to make three holes in my kitchen tile backsplash. Worked like a charm!
