Would RecommendAll natural trap for Japanese Beetles. It works pretty well to reduce infestations, but if you have a large yard you need to put several. Make sure you put them far enough away from your roses & other plants they eat. And be sure to not get the scented lure on your hands- it's really hard to wash off.

Would Not RecommendNot as good as other beetle traps. Top opening is not big enough, they can't get in as easily and doesnt capture near as much as other traps we've used.

Would RecommendVery effective for the first few days. Hormone bait drys quickly and had to buy refills. When hormone bait is opened, be prepared for the swarm because they are REALLY attracted. Change the bag after a week because it will smell quite badly.
