Don't strip an inch on the ends if your not 100 percent sure its the right wire. Was going to do an 80amp sub panel and ended up getting a 100amp and I already had the 80 hooked up with this wire and was stripped on each end about an inch and went to go return it because i didnt need this gauge wire and they told me I couldnt return it because it was stripped only about an inch on each end.

It’s wire, works as desired. If you have tight turns to make or tight boxes, it is very stiff to work with.
