Most durable
Would RecommendI have tried many of these by Commercial, Ideal, Klein and Fluke. This is the most durable. I bought this as backup for when I lose mine. Mine I've had for over two years, in my pocket every day, and it works well. It has survived 6' drops too.

Love this Voltage Tester
Would RecommendMy last tester stopped working after 12 or 13 years, so I picked up 1 of these for me, and 1 for a neighbor. It is a great way to troubleshoot and tell if voltage is present, without touching anything. Every handyman should have 1 of these, every electrician does.

Would RecommendAlthough not an electrician, I replaced a binary light switch with a dimmer switch. So I wanted a "hot wire" tester to ensure I didn't miswire the new switch. Although more than I wanted to pay and probably overkill for my needs, the tester is well made and did the job I needed done.
