It's wire in flex conduit with snap in box connectors. Just wish they had shorter ones, as I didn't need 8 ft.

Had to move electrical outlet to install new bench in garage and it worked beautifully. Looks like a professional job. Simple to install with snap in feature. Just pop out the knock-out and push in until it snaps in place and make connections (on a verified dead circuit of course) job done quick and easy.

I got this cable to connect my water heater to a 240 box. Both the exit from the box and from the water heater just snapped in. I needed to shorten the line to remove access wiring, which was easy enough. Overall happy with the look and function
