Great Soap

Great Fresh Scent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Softsoap Antibacterial Hand Soap. It lathers up easily and nicely. The Crisp Clean scent is great for the kitchen or bathroom. I like the 11 oz size bottle, so I don't need to refill so often.

Softest hands

My preferred soap

We all know kids aren't the best handwashers and with 3 children running around having a good antibacterial soap is important. We all use it, doesn't dry out your skin and definitely gets your hands cleaned well!

Great for cleaning, ruff on skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this soap smells, lathers and cleans my hands. However, it dries out my skin so badly, I can't use it as my everyday soap. I have to stick to plain old ivory bar soap.

I am very disappointed

With all of the extra handwashing we have been doing in the past year, I have always depended on Soft Soap to do the job. When the grocery store was out of Soft Soap refill, I purchased another brand, which was unacceptable. Then I got Soft Soap refill, and it was just as bad as the Dial--thin liquid, no lather, need to use more product. Now where do I turn?

Watered down? Years-long user disappointed in formula change

Used the Aquarium nonscent version for years, if not decades -- now they're calling it "crisp clean." Bought two big refill bottles the other day and sorry I did. The soap has changed, not for the better. It is now a thin liquid that squirts out like water from a dispenser and doesn't foam up at all. I hope it is still actually cleaning and has some antibacterial action because otherwise it sure doesn't seem like the same product. Even using twice as much doesn't make me feel like it's cleaning ...

Like water

I've been a long time Softsoap user but my recent bottles are literally like water and don't lather at all at that! Do not like this watered down version at all, it's useless. Very disappointed.

Soft soap antibacterial

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does a very good job,it leaves hands squeeky clean and smells great too .I like the container it comes in. It seems to fight germs on the spot!

I will not buy this product again

This product used to be great. However it appears that due to Covid 19 and the increase in hand washing it flew off the store shelves and was replaced by a significantly watered down product. Absolutely terrible. We will not be buying this again. EB Eddy made a fortune by removing one match from each matchbox. Watering down this product was a big mistake!

New soap is watered down!

I will echo that the Soft Soap I bought in September 2020 is a completely different formula than it has been before. It is much thinner (more watery) and does not lather well. I am terribly disappointed in this change and will be searching for another liquid soap product after decades of using Soft Soap.

Avoid buying! Watered down!

The formula changed so that it is less viscous requiring more product to lather and properly cleanse. The liquid is so thin feels like I'm pumping water into my palm.

How has the formula recently changed?

Recent quote from kid, "Did someone [layperson] make this soap?" Just charge more; don't water it down

Disappointed

I aM very disappointed in the Kitchen Fresh Hands refill. I have used this soap refill in the past to refill my kitchen soap dispenser and always liked it. I bought a new refill bottle a few months ago and just refilled my dispenser. It's terrible. It does not lather and it leaves a sticky residue on my hands. The scent is nice that's the only reason for 2 stars. If it has been reformulated not a good move.

I bought the 11.25 pz value refill crisp clean there's is no protective paper or anything when u open the lid bought 5 all the same way

Best Hand Soap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a hand soap lately because of the new disease but luckily , I found out it through one of my friend has been using for a long time and I gave it a try and finally I loved it because the scent and color are really comfortable . Now it is one of my favorite hand soap ever .

Superb Soap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Softsoap hand soap is fabulous! It works to clean hands and easily removes dirt! It moisturizes and hydrates as well! I am impressed that it doesn't dry out hands either!
