I bought this because I am short & always have difficulty cleaning the top of my SUV. Overall, it is a good product. Like some others commented, the broom part becomes loose easily. I had to keep tightening it. But, that took me a couple of seconds & I was able to clean my car off easily & MUCH quicker than with my regular brush or anything else I have tried. While I hope that gets addressed, I still think it was worth buying. As a matter of fact, I bought a few more as gifts for my family.

Bought Two - We Love Them

Bought one for both our cars and we LOVE them. Hardest winter we've had in years. Close to 200" of snow so far and the Snow Joes have been awesome ... Money well spent ... a GREAT product.

Pretty good

Overall, works as advertised. Large soft head moves large amount of snow quickly. Much better than average snow brushes. Only gripe is wand can collapse in heavy snow--would work better with more of a positive lock, rather than a compression ring.

I love the snow broom

We have had a very snowy, icy winter. The telescoping snow broom has made cleaning my car very easy. I rarely find it necessary to walk to the other side of the car to clean it. It can be done from one side except in extreme ice buildup. The only problem I found is that the handle loosens from the broom while using. However, I would still buy it again. I bought 2 and gave one to my daughter who loves it.

My Joe LOVES his Snow Joe!

Our Snow Joe is going on 10 years old and still going strong. Great for pulling snow off vehicles and snowmobile trailers. Hubby loves it!

Simple and Effective

Simple and easy to use. Great for clearing snow off of my crew cab pickup quickly. Stop wasting time with those tiny hardware store brushes and get a Snow Joe!!!

Great product

I'm 5'2" and have a large SUV. With all the snow this winter I needed a way to clear the roof of my vehicle, and I'm really glad I got the snow joe. Worked very well, easy to use and 8" of heavy snow was off the roof with minimal effort. Not sure how durable this will be, but it sure was helpful

I use this on my SUV. It works great and I am impressed that it does not damage the exterior of my vehicle.

Snow Joe

I purchased 3 of these and have only used 1 so far. When I extended to arm it would not screw tight, so I can use it to pull snow off the car, but not push snow off. It is a great idea and handy devise. I will have to see if the others are working properly.

Just what I expected

I purchased the SnoBrum it didn't have an ice scraper. It doesn't need an ice scraper. It does a fantastic job at what it is intended for. It removes snow from your car without damaging your car. I notice that the new product has a clip to attach the handle to when storing the unit. The one I bought doesn't have it so storage is awkward.
