I ordered this for pickup along with other items. Lowes gave me an open package with parts missing. Called thier customer service... a waste of time. They said bring it back. why is the Clayton store trying to dump their trash on their customers?

Would RecommendI installed a new utility tub in my laundry room and couldn't get the existing pipes to line up correctly since the new tub's dimensions are different. I did some Internet searching and several DIYer blogs recommended this kit. It was really easy to install - took about a half hour for my skill set - and is holding up nicely. Can't imagine how much money I saved instead of calling a plumber.

Would Not RecommendFrom the description, I thought this would solve my problems with the drain lines not lining up when I replaced the sink. Not so! It should have been a tip-off that the two kits on the shelf had both been opened - I guess somebody else tried to make them work and returned them when they didn't. The "adapting" between 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" just got in the way. I went back to the store and bought all 1-1/4" pieces including a flexible connector and was able to easily fix the leaking.drain line.
