Would RecommendNice straps with a good amount of strength and stretch. I think the hooks will hold up. They seem strong enough. I like that they don't mark up my rack that I hook them to. I also like the flat type of bungee strap rather than the round kind.

A strapping fine product
Would RecommendThese bungees are great where one doesn't want a hard strap against a surface that could be easily damaged. I use these to hold a winter car cover tightly against a car to protect against the winter weather. They are quite soft with their flat elastic construction, so do not have to worry about any paint damage when the winds become strong.
