It attached fine to the dishwasher and I followed the instructions, but the mounting tape was not strong enough to stay attached to the underside of the counter and detached within one day. You either have to also attach the dishwasher to the cabinet sides OR use epoxy under the counter (I used JB Weld) to make the adhesion.

I ordered the Universal dishwasher mounting kit but received a "Granite Countertop" installation kit. I don't have granite counters. I ordered online with the new dishwasher for convenience but now since I have make a last minute dash to the store, it defeated the purpose.
