Paper Veneer
MDF with Paper Veneer. Had to use my strongest adhering masking tape when cutting to assure paper did not tear/rip. Sharp Edges on outside corner cuts (like sharp paper). It looks great when finished. I would pay 2X more if it had a heat-formed, vinyl veneer rather than paper. However, price was right.

Its a sticker over MDF
Product is easy to work with (MDF) and looks good installed. Primary complaint is that it is just a sticker on the outside that can peel off or get damaged if you are not careful. Speaking of stickers, every single length of this had a product label/sticker that had to be removed, would be nice if you could purchase them in bulk (10 or more) in a box that is labeled and each individual stick is ready to go.

Would RecommendLove the product, have used it to trim out floors/walls in same finish and other finishes like tile, trimmed a sliding glass door and other drywall openings. Use a proper saw blade for cutting vinyl flooring.

I have ordered new baseboards and they are due to be installed on May 28th. I am not happy with the original finish work. It doesn't look good and some of it is coming loose.
