Poor quality control

Unfortunately this product scratches easy and pergo changed the dye and manufacturing of all planks starting in 2024. Same part number and description but anything before 2024 has a different color and does not click into one another. Pergo says it’s a lowes problem and lowes says it pergo problem.

We bought 55 boxes to redo our entire downstairs. After installing it in the kitchen, we noticed misprints on the planks, we were getting 2 good planks out of each box. With how costly this flooring is, that is unacceptable, not to mention they don’t properly lock in place. It’s worth it to spend a little extra and go with real wood floors. This stuff is junk. Definitely returning.

Red tint nightmare

I ordered 1000 sq ft of champagne oak 20mil. Upon delivery, it became evident that the new boxes had a prominent red tint, which was starkly different from the color I had initially selected. The completed section had to be entirely taken up because the original two boxes, when mixed with the new ones, created an extreme contrast. You will need the tile cutter!

The LV was easy to install. One will definitely need the cutter in order to cut it however. It can't be cut with a utility knife like video's show and the salesperson told me.

Luxury Vinyl Floor & Made in USA

The luxury vinyl floor by Pergo (Champagne Oak) looks so nice in the right setting. Just enough contrast in the coloring. Plus the floor is made in the USA!

Nightmare flooring job

I had planned to have this product installed in two large rooms. 40 boxes of the product was delivered. The installers arrived to install the product and quickly informed me the product was defective. It took me a couple weeks of calling Lowes help line everyday; always speaking to a new person to finally get the product picked up. Pergo Duracraft Champagne Oak

I purchased 550 sq feet to install in my living room and 2 hallways. We still had our Pergo Install kit from 1998 so we got that out and used it again! So far on the install it is going well. Using a table saw to cut the pieces. It is snapping into place easily. Looks so much better than the 18-year-old floor we are replacing. Excellent quality

Laid 800 Sq ft upper floor in three rooms and a hallway. Only one piece in 46 boxes was irregular; very consistent product in my experience. Click system was the best I’ve encountered, installation was issue-free. Definitely needed a jigsaw and table saw (for ripping last row planks. The flooring is plenty sturdy but flexible enough to be forgiving while installing. I was able to go the whole upper floor with no transitions, and that included closets and a long hallway. Great looking product, but repeating pattern.

There are lots of details in the product that make it look like real wood, however because of the detail it makes it easier to see when patterns repeat.
