Don't allow flush mounting
Would Not RecommendThese straps are not large enough to allow flush mounting of a pipe to a flat surface. The diameter is large enough for the PVC pipe but each side of the strap is too short to secure to a flat edge. You would think they would account for this when it was manufactured.
