Would Not Recommend1.875" outer diameter hose was not adapted to fit a 2.5" inner diameter accessory with this kit, contrary to the clearly stated claim in the description. I tried it in the parking lot today. I drove 20 miles to buy one. ---[[[ THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR CORRECTING THIS MISTAKE so others are not inconvenienced. ]]]---

Would Not RecommendI've had a lot of trouble with compatibility of vacuum fittings. These adaptors ultimately didn't work for me and I ended up returning them. I would up making the connections with PVC parts. The PVC is overbuilt for this purpose but it's what was available to make the connections. I was trying to connect the DeWalt quick connect for the shroud suction on a table saw to a wye that also connected to the 2" outlet at the base of the saw.
Doesn’t work on older shop vac
Bought to replace end of hose on shop vac. Adapter doesn’t fit into an older shop vac. Great product and concept but it didn’t work out for us.
