Lightweight and powerful

Clean carpet

I liked that it does everything it claims to do—it is excellent and cleans very well—but I didn't like that it is very heavy.

Mediocre

We bought the EX205 model of this machine a few years ago and it's mediocre if I'm being honest. One perk is how easy it is to disassemble to clean but results and usage are eh. Looking back I do think we would've been much better off putting the money we spent on this towards a more robust machine with a stream option.

Easy to use and did what I wanted to accomplish

Not a great product

The first one was replaced due to the vents on the sides spraying out the nasty water from the tank. The 2nd one is having the same issues. It looks like they placed some covers behind the vents to prevent the spray out, but it's not working. Just got through having to wipe down the sides our sectional due to the spray from the vents. Gross and very unsanitary. I am going to return this 2nd one and move on to something else.

Big price for very little Cleaning

I had high hopes for this Shark Carpet Cleaner, but it let me down on the 1st use. Best carpet cleaner I've owned

This was super easy to use and clean. Was surprised at how much carpet I was able to clean on one tank. Disassembly was super simple for cleaning the machine. The only small item I'd say was a very slight downside was the soap tanks hold moisture after cleaning them if you put the caps on, had to let them air dry for a day before storing, a minor inconvenience for an amazing cleaning machine

Used it for the first time today and it worked great. Upstairs carpet never looked so good.

Good cleaner

Have the Shark Carpet expert hair pro. Have only had it a couple months and it has started leaking dirty water from the bottom. Not sure what the issue is. Otherwise cleans very well.

Great attachments and sleek design

I like the design of the machine. The one thing that I don't care for is that you can only use shark cleaner solutions and that the machine does not have a trigger button in the handle to spray the water and solution on the carpet. It automatically comes out. I like that you can remove the brush and clean it. Over all it's a good machine and it's not huge it's sleek and smaller than most of them on the market. Love that it has multiple attachments as well.
