Where has this been all my life? I've had many vacuum's, cheap ones & Dyson, oreck, etc. The build quality of this shark is by far superior to any vacuum I've ever owned in my 50 + years! It turns into a canister easily with the click of a button. The cleaning power is simply amazing! Love the "Hard Floor Hero attachment" that came with this model, pop off the vacuum handle & have the best canister vac ever. Lowes had the best price I could find, $229. Great vacuum small dirt chamber

Love the vacuum. Great suction. Light weight. Useful attachments. Wish the cord wrapped up automatically. Biggest down side is the dirt collection chamber is too small causing me to empty it frequently.

Better than Dyson

I’ve had a Dyson forever and was all set to buy another when I decided to research if it was still considered the best. It isn’t, and for good reason! This vacuum is not only much better on the cost front, but will save us from having to replace carpeting as early as I thought we would!

Great features, great design!

We've only had it for 2 weeks, but we love this thing. Lightweight and flexible to handle most any area you'd want to vacuum with ease. The first time I did the living room I got a ton of dust--or probably carpet freshener--that my previous unit left behind. And I thought that one was pretty good... I don't know how long the Liftaway charge lasts, but I should be able to use it on our cars without bringing out the rest of the Shark out and plugging it in. Very happy so far.

This is one very powerful lightweight vacuum clean

The shark is lightweight and the vacuum is strong. I really like how I can go from carpet to hard floor with just a switch on the handle. I'm amazed at all of the dirt inside the tank after each cleaning.

Sweeper talk

Like the bagless feature, and extra long cord. Would like if I could clean under furniture, tables and chairs. It doesn’t go off under very far. Also, would like if the cord recoiled. All in all I like the suction, and had a Dyson before. This suction is better.

Great vacuum

Bought this vac to replace an oreck. The suction is a huge improvement over the oreck. Very lightweight, love the long cord and the ease in emptying the dust bin. This is our second shark vac and it has several improved design features over the prior model.

Oh my goodness......

The amount of fluff that came out of my area rug (that was cleaned during the summer) was totally insane! I had to empty the canister twice, it got that full! So you can say this has good suction. It's light but it took me a few minutes to get used to the swivel head (brilliant), I was so accustomed to bulky vacuums, this one moves so well! So I'm very happy with this.

It’s the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. I’ve had Rainbow, Electrolux and Kirby. They were all very expensive but this vacuum beats them all.

Shark Rotator

The Best Vacuum I have ever owned. It has great suction power, is steerable which makes it easy to vacuum around furniture. The lift away unit lets you vacuum under furniture with having to move it.

Awesome power

I thought I had a pretty good vacuum before, but had heard good things about this one. It was on sale, so I bought it. What a difference! I went over a room I had just done with my other one and this was filled up. It even pulled up the carpet that was laying down and looked worn. Carpet looked new after just one use. It adjusts itself to different carpet heights and hardwood and converts easily to carry by hand.
