This vacuum has very good power and works well on floors and rugs. It’s so handy to have for quick clean ups and small jobs rather than using a big vacuum. I use it often. Easy to clean.

Very good

Excellent product and item itself seems to last a long time (well made), but battery is very difficult to replace. It can be done but it's not easy. Aslo, the replacement battery is expensive so this raises the question of should you just get a new machine. However, the machine itself is so well made that ours was in fine, (after years of use), condition except for the battery so it felt like it would be a shame to just replace it.

battery last about 3 minutes with the power head and about 5 minutes without it.

Not the best option for pet hair...

This is a fine product for the quick clean up of dog hair, but I was hoping it would be more effective on the couches for quick clean as well, and it’s just not. Overall it’s a fine product to have in the home, as long as you best understand its strengths!

Very good vacuum

Vacuum works on 12v and charges fast. Great suction. I use this product for my motor home and my vehicles.

I need to get another one just to keep in the front of the house, I carry this one in every room, including the car, very good suction.

Not satisfied!

The vacuum stopped working. I called Shark technical support and was told that the battery needed to be replaced. I got the new battery and tried to replace the old one. I was not able to get the old battery out because it wasn’t removable due to the wiring. Very disappointed with this product.

Not up to par

This vac does not hold a charge! I was trying to vacuum my car out and in less than 30 minutes - no charge. It is very very hard to empty. My last Shark was easy to empty and did not necessarily involve removing the filter.

This little guy works!

Our shepherd/rottie mix has those stiff hairs that stick in fabric. This dude pulls them right out. There’s plenty of juice to clean a queen sized quilt (yeah, he’s spoiled), the couch (you wouldn’t expect him to spend the day out in the heat, would you?), and the extra pillows (the boy loves a squishy pillow). Very happy with this purchase.

Awesome Handheld Vacuum

I have had this vacuum for about a year, this is by far the best handheld vacuum I have ever had. It is very powerful, lightweight, has a power head attachment that works amazingly well especially on my furniture and mattresses. I have 3 cats and 2 large dogs all of whom shed constantly so I use it much more than once a day. My only complaint is the replacement battery is as expensive as the vacuum itself and I would rather replace the battery than the whole vacuum because I love this vacuum so ...

Shark vac #3

This is the third vacuum of this type we have purchased since 2014-15. The first one was dropped accidentally and quit working. The second one just quit after about 18 months. It does a very good job getting cat hair off furniture and for quick pick ups of small trash off floor that the cats bring into house.

Price is great but operation quality is poor.

While the weight and size makes it a comfortable handheld to use, the overall suction power is seriously lacking. On top of that there is a small, poorly put together rubber gasket on the inside of the collection container that acts as a one way door to keep the debris inside the vaccuum once it is sucked up which fell off within the first 30 days of use. After purchasing a second one the same piece fell off again also after a short period.

this is our 2nd one and I love it. Picks up litter that has spilled out and does hair off furniture.

Easy to operate, convenient to install.

This is much better than other vacuums we have owned. It is compact but full featured.
