Don’t buy!

I used this vacuum maybe a couple weeks and it completely stopped working. Terrible build quality and the dirt sensing part was awful. Definitely not worth the cost!

Great Features But Needs Some Fine Tuning

I decided to buy this on a whim, and while I am so glad that I gave it a try, I have to say that it appears that the vacuum itself is too short for someone of my height (5'10") to use. I have attached a photo of it on it's stand with my Dyson V11 standing upright beside it in an attempt to show the height difference. Great lights, doesn't clog up

We like it and it cleans well. It is easy to use and conveinent to empy hands free. Very happy with this model.

Best Stock vacuum on the Market

I am a disabled veteran and have health issues which make it difficult for me to use a full-sized vacuum. This stick vacuum is the best I have ever used. The automatic emptying of the vacuum into a chamber that holds a month or more debris is phenomenal!!

As soon as that handle breaks it’s absolutely junk Just a really poor handle design.

Not ideal for families

Purchased this vacuum a little over a year ago. I think it would be a good vacuum for a single person or a couple with no pets. I think the vacuum has great suction and the concept of it is great. Unfortunately, I struggle with it working well for our family (5 of us) and our pets (dog and cat). It does fine sucking up the pet hair, but it struggles with the auto-empty (as other photos in reviews show, if the canister is more than half full it seems to not auto-empty). Poor longevity

Bought this vacuum in Feb 2025 and I am already so disappointed. The suction is ok, at best. The canister has a little piece closed off and it collects the smallest dust particles that do not come out when it self empties. The roller and the clear casing around it is already DISGUSTING despite my best efforts to keep it clean. It doesn't pick up "debris," only fine dust and/or hair. anything bigger than a grain of rice is not being sucked up.

Loved it at first

Honestly I LOVED this at first. Got it for my birthday in March and it messed up last week. Cleaned all the filters. Took it all apart and cleaned it but it still kept blinking red then died. The battery felt hot. I’m disappointed because I love shark and always had a good experience but this didn’t last 3 full months. Such a bummer

Nice and lite weight

After vacuuming the dirt basket doesn’t always empty fully and I have to pull the dog hair out and dump it in the trash

Horrible vacuum

If I could give a zero I would . Got this vacuum for Christmas. Worst decision ever!! It always gets clogged up I’m always having to clean the bottom because the stuff won’t pick up . Hate it!!!

Love anything from Shark, but this is awesome. I love it and so convenient.

Sounds good in theory

Works terribly. I used my shark quad clean first, and then switched to my older shark navigator I was trying to replace and I filled the entire canister with dog hair. AWFUL for people with pets.

Poor hinge and wand has too small opening

I bought this about 10 months ago. I like the collection box idea. The hinge on the cylinder that stores the debris while vacuuming never stayed clicked close from day one. So the suction is poor. The hole on the bottom of the wand is too small so debris keeps clogging up the machine. Could use some improvements but seems average and was hoping for better product in the end.

I do not like this vacuum it hardly picks up anything an gets stopped up an wont empty stuff gets stuck in it an it wont suck anthing up till you take it apart an get any little thing out of it not a fan of this the battery does not last long it dies befor I even get my whole house done the bottom of it gets clogged up all the time maybe I got a bad one idk but wish I would have bought a different one then this one
