This is my second one. First one finally gave out after more than 10 years of use. A real work horse. Best steam mop out there!

Cord is 5 ft shorter than used to be - seriously?

We had our last Shark Steam Pocket Mop for 10 years. Loved it. Now I purchased a new one. And they shortened the cord by 5 feet! The way my house is laid out, I now have to unplug it 4 times vs 2. SharkNinja, I can save you thousands on a focus group...cord length is a no-brainer. There was no need to be stingy about such a simple thing. If I could return it I would. Companies always make their products worse, don't they? #R&D Fail

Ive been using this professional steam pocket mop for a long time and never disappoint clean the floor very well and super easy to use, don’t make noise and the performance is on Too and not heavy at all

Quits making steam after a few uses .

This is my 3rd one . They do not last very long .

Excellent steam mop

This replaces another Shark pocket steam mop that finally gave out after about ten years. This one works quite well. I especially like the large water reservoir and the three steam settings.

Stupidest piece of equipment

You have to mop like a crazy lady to get it to steam and then it steams for 10secs and stops. Or let it build up steam and then you get about 10sec of cleaning then it stops again. So dumb..

Professional steam pocket mop. Keep your floor cle

I love this brand and I love the professional steam pocket mop. Is 100% effective. Just need use the liquid and water. Only 10 min for keep everything brand new. I have a boy and have 5 years old. Of curse always my flower have food went his finish. But have this professional mop and I don’t need worry about nothing. It’s perfect size for me!!!

The product is great. I still have the old version that i purchased 10 years ago, i just need a backup in case the old one give up on me. I tried other brand but they are not as good as Shark brand.

Shark Professional Steam Picuet Moo is built to last. Very easy to store and cord does not get in the way! I have had no issues with it and it’s a great value for the money!

Quick to steam

I loved this mop at first until it broke and wouldn’t heat up the water anymore. Of course it happened right after the warranty ran out. When I worked it was great at doing steam cleaning

Amazing steam mop

We got into steam mops when I had my first baby. We wanted to make sure our floors were as clean as can be for the little hands that touch the floors. This steam mop cleaned so well, I think we went through 2 or 3 of these before we switched to something else. They last a really long time and and clean and sanitize so well. Highly recommend this. The only thing I didnt like was being limited to the length of the cord.

Squeaky clean

Not used yet since it is a Christmas gift, but i have the same steam mop and love it. My floors are actually squeaky clean after i use the steam mop. I would recommend to friends.
