Would RecommendI've used this for a couple of years now. It works very well to get rid of fleas, ticks and other ground insects. It also does a good job of getting rid of the grubs that armadillos and moles are searching for in the yard. It requires a lot of water. I believe the recommendation is 1" of water to get the grubs. My lawn tractor can apply 1/10" of water per run so I have to time the application when a lot of rain is expected. When That works out, the grubs are gone. I say this about Sevin granule...

Seems to kill the Army worms

I have not used this product yet but I have purchased two 80 lb bags of the granules and I Am I actually getting ready to use them in just a few minutes. But one thing I noticed as I was reading through your reviews is that 5 years ago almost every review was a five-star review.
