Would RecommendBiometric capability only works on occasion. I’ve been locked out numerous times because it wouldn’t read my fingerprint. I even erased it and restarted the process. Very frustrating. Overall it’s a nice piece of equipment. Just wish it would work as advertised.

Would RecommendOverall, the safe works great. It is very very solid and simple to secure. I have one complatint however. The fingerprint scanner is very specific. If my index finger is just slightly off, it won't open. I end up deferring to the key pad.

Overall good gun safe. Only knock is the pneumatic latch bar no longer pushes the door up, so i have to use a card to pry it up.

Excellent Safe!
Would RecommendHalf the price of other biometric safes and super tough! I bought a Sentey Safe about 8 years ago and it is still working just fine. So I bought one for my Glock19 to keep near my bed at night for easy access in case I need it. Would rather have a safe than not. Thanks Sentry 😀

Doesn't work with rechargeable batteries
Would Not RecommendWhat an annoying engineering choice. I have eliminated alkaline batteries for pretty much every device I own over 15 years ago, switching entirely to rechargeable, and never looked back. Enter 2023 - and SentrySafe comes along, needing 6 new alkaline batteries every 6 months. What gives?! The safe seems otherwise well-built, so it's a shame to have to send it back. Physical security quality may be good but the electronics appear to be garbage.
