This safe is large enough to store quite a few items and documents, but small enough to conceal easily in the home. Security and Peace of Mind

Recently, I needed my birth certificate, and it wasn't in the file with the others. I couldn't find it at all. The stress and drama of trying to get it replaced on short notice, quickly, so I could take care of very important business was overwhelming. And that reminded me - what if something catastrophic happened and we lost all of our important papers? How hard would it be...

To unlock the combination dial, rotate right to 0 and pass 3 times until you reach the first number, then rotate dial to the left and go past the second number once and then stop on the second number, then dial right to the third number. Durable safe with lots of room. Did not come with a bolt down kit.

Strong and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best safe I ever got. First of all it is very heavy, which I love. To move it around takes a lot of work. No one will just run off with it. Second it is very secure. When I close it I can hear the locking mechanism work. I put in my passcode and it’s easy to open. I have all my documents in there.

Amazing Durable Safe

It is a level 3 Sentry safe that is both waterproof and fireproof affording me the ability to keep important documents and valuable personal items in a secure durable spot. It can withstand up to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit in a fire for up to one hour and up to 5 inches of water for 24 hours. It is a bit heavy at 55 lbs., so most likely it’s the type of safe you find a place for and you leave it there....

I feel safer already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very heavy duty safe. I opted for dial combo vs electronic. I know it won't ever need a battery. The dial is easy to turn and stop at the numbers. The size is perfect for our use. The only issue we had is the weight of it to get it onto a sturdy shelf as we are older and can't get low anymore.

I also stored a zip drive with a record of my important info, record of my home contents and important account numbers. If house is damaged due to fire, the information is still secure. It’s perfect

Dial combination

With the dial It is nice not having to worry about losing the key. The dial does not seem very strong though. Time will tell if it will hold up to use.
