Waste of time and money

It came damaged, they wouldn’t take it back, and the dial doesn’t even turn. It’ll only go from number 7 - -12 and then it’s just stuck and won’t move. They don’t help in the slightest. Waste of time and money. This company sucks. This was suppose to be a gift for us and they refused to do anything, even with the original people who bought it. It’s just one big paper weight.

This is a Great Product

1. Use only Energizer Max AAA batteries. The others don't work well. 2. The plastic battery tray seems flimsy but one shouldn't have to mess with it much.

Safe Smells Horrible

I first bought the smaller version of this safe. the back right corner was caved in. folded in like a belly button, with a massive gap in the safes exterior where the metal was so bent. The inside of the safe smelled HORRIBLE. This weird chemical smell. I even wiped it out with lysol wipes and it still smelled. It made everything in there stink so bad. VR headset. Nice safe

The safe is sturdy and fits perfectly where I needed it. The organization system with included tray and drawer are added bonuses. I also really like the door storage. Two areas for improvement would be an option to mount the safe to wall studs from the back of the safe. And a more quality combo dial / lock lever.

Nice small safe for docs

Was told delivery would be Sunday. Waited all day and then got alerted it would be Monday. Just wish they originally told me Monday do I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Product is perfect for what I need. Docs, titles to cars. It’s sturdy and meets fire, water codes. Don’t like how stiff the combo dial is, and it’s hard plastic-wish if we’re a steel dial- guess that’d make it too pricey. It was what we wanted and Lowe’s got it down from the top shelf, it did have a large dent in the side but we decided against complaint… overall it fit the bill for what we needed quickly

Electronic Lock Failures

Bought this safe back in Feb 2025. The electronic lock started failing intermittently in Dec 2025.(still under 1 year warranty) I contacted Master Lock customer service but they would have you run all types of tests over and over again without promising to fix or replace the product.

buyer beware

this costly safe has a cheap plastic dial pad and handle cover. inside the (exterior) dial pad is a very cheap plastic tray for batteries. why would anyone design a safe with such a simple way to disrupt the system or an easy way for a child to break the thing? if the battery tray was to be easily taken out, you'd have to buy another one and hope that part was available. the safe's access handle is made out of some questionable cheap metal allow which feels like you could easily break it off....

A big safe

I bought this to replace a very old Sentry Safe that I've had for decades and just didn't have the room for what I needed anymore. This is a really nice safe, simple combination lock, no fancy electronics.
