Only one real problem.
Would RecommendGreat item. Thought we could reset the combo but you get what you get. Came in fine only bolt down hardware was missing, had to go out and buy it because my handyman was here to install.

cheap plastic mechanism may cost you a fortune
Would Not RecommendJust 6 months after 1-year limited warranty expired the handle started slipping down at times without opening the safe disregarding how gentle I was pressing on it. 3 months more, and even the most gentle pressure pushes the handle down without opening the safe. Now I'm on hook to pay some to break the safe so I can get my passports out before scheduled travel

Would Not RecommendThe plastic lockwork is pure junk. The inner door document pouch broke from barely touching it. Got replacement in warranty. Closing the door and closing the latch, I heard and felt something snap. Now the dial feels like there are rocks in there Thank God I managed to get it back open. Another warranty call coming up this Monday. As expensive as this amall safe is, you'd think it would be made of appropriate materials.
