Biometric Fingerprint Scanner is Unreliable
Would Not RecommendBiometric Fingerprint Scanner is Unreliable. I also tried to completely clear the contents of fingerprints and started from scratch. To come even close to reliable (still unreliable approx. 75% of the time), I had to use up three print slots on one finger. Not a safe I want to bet my life on when it matters by using the fingerprint recognition feature.

Would Recommendthis was the only quick release safe , fingerprint , that had digital keypad as backup and key(only non urgent situation ) that was large enough on the inside 14.5 inches, to accommodate glock 19, with suppressor attached, as I do not want to go deaf if I have to use my firearm, in an emergency ( doubt would have time to put on ear protection ) so after a lot of research this safe met all criteria, solid construction, works good

Loved it until.....
Would Not RecommendI purchased this safe to store my handgun. I specifically selected this one due to the biometric technology considering I have a small child in my home. However, I went to open it this weekend to go to a gun safety training required to maintain my concealed carry permit and it won't open. Apparently the mechanism that makes it pop open no longer works which really sucks because I have only opened it maybe six times.

Would Not RecommendAfter a few weeks finger print opening is not working consistently. Battery case is flimsy and not designed well. Rest of safe is very good.
