Would Not RecommendOnly had this safe 3 years and the it started cracking and losing the white fireproof stuff. I honestly spend the extra money for this thinking it was going to be better quality, like my parents whos had there's for the last 20 some years. That's not the case here, will be probably exploring other brands since these only come with a 1 year warranty.

Good fire proof box
Would RecommendBox is large enough to accommodate a 3-ring notebook. Needs to be placed on something so you can see the lock when unlocking box. Otherwise you have to get down on hands & knees or lift it up & place on table/desk. It’s cumbersome & heavy!
Shell splits over time. Common problem
Would Not RecommendSafe is decent for files but within a year it started to develop a crack in the plastic shell. 6 months later, it’s destroyed. All this safe has done is sit on a carpeted floor inside our house and never come into contact with fire or water. It’s it’s maybe been opened a dozen times in the two years we’ve had it. Judging from the other comments, this is a consistent issue and SentrySafe clearly has had a QC issue. This was my first SentrySafe and not happy, there’s no reason for this.

Would RecommendEVERYTHING WORKS WELL. LOVE THE HANDLES. HELPS WITH MOVING IT AROUND. LOCK WORKS SMOOTHLY. DISAPPOINTED IT DIDN'T COME WITH ELASTIC STRAPS FOR USE WITH LID STORAGE AS SEEN ONLINE.
