Cleans well and smells nice

We used this product when we power washed my dads park model home trailer. Nice and foaming, cleaned off chalking. Would be great for rv's as well. I later mixed some up in a bucket and scrubbed my garage floor. Happy with results.

Bottle can not be refilled.

I bought both the applicator and refill cleaner. Could not refill the applicator bottle. No instructions on how to refill. Will not buy again.

Does absolutely nothing

I dont review items often, only if they’re really good or really bad. This stuff is terrible and deserves zero stars. Sprayed my composite deck with a tank sprayer, full strength. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then scrubed it as recommended with a brush. I was surprised to see that the bubbles were not dirty as i would have expected if it was lifting the dirt out of the decking. Needless to say, my suspicions were true. a waste of money

Purchased product to clean a grayed and mildewed deck. Had already sanded 1/3 of deck but found that to be a lot of work and was hoping for something a bit easier. The pics show the bright sanded area, adjacent to that is area treated with this product (still wet) and beyond the railing is untreated area. The effect on the treated area was minimal at best and represents time now lost for continued sanding. Have no reason to expect any improvement as treated area dries. Would not recom...

Pathetic

Both this thinking it would help clean up gutters that have a little gray algae/mold like stuff. Basically it foamed out a watery mess. No cleaning capability at all. Will never use this product again.

Useless

I sprayed this on a fence that's 11 years old and had mildew. Used with a pressure washer directly in dispenser tank. This was either a defective bottle or its useless. Did not make 1% difference at all. Sprayed on left for 5-10 minutes and scrubbed also. The strange thing was this bottle did not have a seal on it when opening cap or after cap was open. Not sure if it was used. I would not recommend this at all, save your money.

Works Great, Scrub Twice

This product worked great to remove the mold and dirt from my old Trex deck without using bleach. The problem with original Trex is that the wood fibers tend to allow mold to grow making the deck "spotty". Using a stiff bristle brush, this product completely removed the mold as long as I scrubbed the area twice before rinsing. I didn't need to apply a second coat as long as the sun wasn't beating down on the deck during the cleaning. Simple rules: Don't let the product dry and scrub twice before...

worked great

Siding was very badly mildewed and moldy from an evergreen that was too close to the house. It looked terrible when we took the tree down. Used at the 1:1 concentration, the cleaner took it right off. A few areas needed a second applications, but the vinyl siding looks like new.

Did not remove black spots

I used this on rv awning to remove brown and black stains and it helped a little. I also sprayed, waited, scrubbed and sprayed with a hose a composite deck and it did not remove black spots.

scotts outdoor cleaner

I purchased 2 gallons of outdoor cleaner along with scott's sprayer. to wash off the mold and mildew from my bricks on home. I sprayed then attempted to wash off with pressure washer, did NOT remove the green mold or mildew. I had to scrub very hard on bricks to remove a small portion of mildew.Product DID NOT work at all. I had to go back to store to buy Jo Max which cleaned my entire house and driveway beautifully. I feel I need my money back from this product.

Nearly worthless

Just tried it on vinyl siding with mold forming on shady side of house. Might as well use just water. It requires a lot of manual scrubbing. I like most Scotts products. This was very disappointing.

Underwhelming Results

Just used this on a very dirt patio. I removed surface dirt before applying and it still barely lifted out the dirt. Tried twice with minimal results. This will not work when manually scrubbing a VERY dirty patio. I will have to rent a pressure washer now.

Total waste of money!! Poor design! The bottle that screws on to the hose let’s out too much product too quickly. I’d need 10 to just clean my siding.

Did not work

I used this product today on a patio. I followed the directions, let it sit for 15 minutes as opposed to the 5-10. I re-wet it when necessary and then scrubbed with a hard bristled brush. Practically no change in the concrete. When rinsing I could see the water had little basic surface dirt and a little greenish tint in it but there was no difference in the look when completed. I did the whole process again with the same results.

Terrible

The ABSOLUTE worst outdoor product I have ever used. Basically got rid of loose dust & pollen which my hose alone would have done!

Does exactly what it does.

This stuff works and the price was on sale and that made it a no brainer.

OK Results for Me...

In defense of this product, I will say that I was dealing with a decent amount of mold and mildew on the underside of my deck. Also, this was much cheaper than the other products and based on reading instructions on several different bottles of cleaner, this seemed to not be as strong of a formula. I base this on that other products have strict instruction about limiting the time it stays on the surface, where this one did not. After spraying, pressure washing, and scrubbing, I think I just ...
