Thick and Sticks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is great. A lot thicker than the standard so it doesn’t sliver and it’s got some major stick to it. The tape itself is the best I’ve ever used and will definitely be buying again. The little dispenser however, has room for improvement. I’ve never liked those mini dispensers because they tend to be awkward and pop apart while using. Maybe a size in between the mini and the large tape gun would find an audience.

Keeps boxes sealed!

Sticks on strong

It seems okay but didn't feel amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape seemed like a sturdy tape but I am not sure how well it will withstand. I used it to tape my plastic/vinyl cover (just like a clear cover for a table) that I have to keep opening and closing and flipping.

Quality Packing Tape Makes a Difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mail packages constantly and feel as though I'm always fighting with my rolls of packing tape. It always sticks together, peels unevenly, and makes a mess. Not this tape. The Scotch Box Lock Packaging Tape is amazing. It peels evenly, it holds securely, and the included plastic holder makes it easy to delineate where the end is and tear the tape when necessary. I love it.

Awesome

This tape is awesome. It sticks great and seals up the boxes well. You dont have to worry about the bottom giving out of the box with this stuff. It dispenses well too.

Delivers on everything it promises

It’s definitely thicker and doesn’t fray/tear when it’s not supposed to, yet it has great sticking power. You won’t be disappointed when you use it. Strong and sticky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free roll of 3M Scotch Box Lock to try out. Even though the tape is super sticky, I was able to easily peel up the edge to start the roll without the tape shredding into several pieces. My first use was to seal a heavy box for shipping. The tape gripped firmly to the box without peeling up or tearing.

Great Tape!

One strip of tape is all you need to seal your box. It feels thicker than other tapes and comes off the roll smoothly without making that loud "tape sound".

I decided a great way to test the strength was by using this packing tape on a box with a torn surface and filling it with something with some weight to it. I filled it with twenty-16.9 oz water bottles and my niece gave it shake test. It held up great! I will be purchasing for packing the next time I move and would highly recommend this product!

It stays stuck even to a dirty cardboard box and unlike every other tape I’ve tried, if you push against the box, this tape actually stays stuck holding the box closed! I usually have to put like 4 layers of moving tape on a box before I mail it in order to keep it from getting gaps in the tape if anything is stacked on it, but this tape holds so well that I literally...

Average Shipping Tape

It splits pretty easily so starting the roll was somewhat annoying, but once it got started it dispensed easily and quietly. Stickiness doesn't seem to be the "extreme grip" advertised because I am able to peel it back off, but after some rubbing it seems sticky enough to keep a package closed. Sticky tape for every situation

It was easy to use as I box up some mailings and I was amazed at the sharpness of the cutter. Overall I was thrilled with the ease, quick release and use of this tape. Very thick tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how thick this tape is. I really like using it to repair boardgame boxes and books that my kids are really rough with. Normal tape doesn't seem to hold up but so far this tape is working really well with those items. I received this free to test.

Boxing tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle to this tape is really comfortable..it has a good grip and I don't feel like I am going to drop it. I am sure that one piece of tape would do for boxes as it does hold nicely (I still used two). It doesn't peel up like other packing tape which is nice.
