Safe?

These are very hard to use. They are slippery and don’t clean as well as the regular scotch brite sponges. I actually have dropped and broke glasses trying the wash them using these sponges. I am wondering if you can answer about what is the technology of these sponges? What makes these sponges "non-stick"? Why do they "rinse clean"? What are the "dots" made of? Is there Teflon in these sponges? Is there an antimicrobial treatment applied to these sponges and if so what is it? I have bought man...

Quality greatly reduced!!

I've been purchasing these sponges for several years and have been very happy with performance, but within the past 6 months I've noticed a significant change in quality! They start breaking down and coming apart quickly. The sponge part starts coming apart and I see pieces of it constantly in the sink after washing dishes. I am very dissatisfied with what used to be a quality sponge. Will not purchase anymore.

My go-to

These are my go-to for washing dishes. I've tried rags, other sponges, scrubbers (even one that was seen on the show Shark Tank) but nothing compares to these Scotch Brite ones!

Excellent!

3M products are my absolute favorite. I use them on a bunch of items. They don't scratch my pans and the products last a very long time. I will continue to buy 3M products.

Be Careful

I love this product (scotch brite scrub dots) but have broken no less than 6 times getting it out of the packaging. I know now to be careful but I have still broken it when being careful.

Good size and durable

I like the size and shape of this sponge. I like that the Scrub Dots are non-scratch, but feel they lack a little in true scrubbing power. A lot of elbow grease is required and rinsing of the sponge since the scrubbing dots are even less effective when there is residue between the dots.

leaks blue dye that stained plastic utensils

New sponge leaked a bunch of blue dye that stained my white plastic utensils. I'm worried the dye is harmful.

Sponge

Sponge work on food that are hard remove such has eggs, chocolate and sauces. I find with this very easy and dry fast for the next time.

Do not buy

Just purchased this product for the first time. Scratched my stainless steel oven. Do not use!

WILL SCRATCH STAINLESS

Regretfully these dots do scratch pans and stainless surfaces. I don't understand how they could be billed as non scratching as this happens with very little effort. These were bought with he mind that they would be able to fill the role of a traditional green or heavy duty scour pad but actually make a more defined albeit lite scratch.

Give me the old sponges

I I just opened a pack of the scrub dot sponges and I'm so very disappointed and I'm not even going to use them!!!! The chemicals are so bad on the front in the back no wonder they can't be put in the microwave they might explode. Please give me the old sponges bye you guys that I love!!! I'm going to look next time I'm at the store. You need to have a warning on these please. Thank you so much and hope I can find them

Scrubbing power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works as per the packaging and compares very well with other products. When is it going to be in stores for purchase? It works like the original Scotch-Brite Pads only better and no scratch is good.

Don’t clean as well as the old kind

Aside from the dots, the scouring surface does not absorb detergent well and does not scour at all. Will not buy again.

All pros, no cons!

I buy these sponges often since they do such a fantastic job on my pots and pans. What I love about these sponges is that the little dots gently, but effectively scrub surfaces. They are cost efficient also since you can reuse them for awhile. I use these on the tile in my showers too.

Brand new but dirty

My husband bought a pack yesterday 3/15/2021 I opened it up today and I noticed the top sponge was wet so I looked at the rest and the bottom sponge is dirty or has mold the sponge is black

New and Improved is not always better

I have been buying Scotch Brite sponges for 20+ years. I do like the scrubbing dots version but your new "improved" is terrible! It is scratching my dishes, it is too rought on my hands when holding it. the previous version that had blue dots on a light colored background was just fine! Why change a good thing? I do realize you had a normal and a heavy duty and you are trying to combine both into one but not a good idea. Not sure if I will continue buying these sponges, I do not like them....
