Looks great, works great, feels light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it had a slightly more substantial spring action. It feels a little cheap although it is a sturdy product. Schlage is my go-to product for all my rental properties and my own home as well.

Dont buy Defiant, buy this.

Broken turn button

Locking of door handle wasn’t working by key or turn button. Removed handle to find plastic part that connects to the turn button broken. It is a plastic part. Really!! Expected something better from Schlage.

Sleek Design

Great safety features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The latitude lever keyed entry looks great on my door and I really like the safety features. If you need to exit the house in a hurry (fire) the deadbolt doesn't need a key like my old set did and the lever unlocks with a push from the inside.
