The deadbolt is firmly secure and gives me peace of mind. The interface is simple to use. Would definitely recommend.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like these locks and they are the only thing we have on our home. Easy to setup and look nice. My only complaint would be the amount of time the batteries last prior to replacement. We use high quality batteries and they still only last a few months on our more heavily utilized doors.

Zero problems quick install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been rock solid. Installation and connecting both through the app and Apple HomeKit was a breeze. The only (small) issue I had was on the battery replacement - where is seems the new Duracell AA don’t work. Energizer and Kirkland are just fine. Very weird but doesn’t bring the rating down.

Reliability and security in one

The first one which starts with a K worked well for about 6 months but it got too buggy after a while. They replaced it under warranty but it was the same. The second one was a disaster. This Schlage lock has been very consistent and reliable. I’m hoping it lasts a long time. Schlage has a good rep so I’m counting on it.
