It was a bit slow at times to connect to my phone, but the real downside was that you can only connect to EITHER Apple HomeKit or A Google Assistant, not both. Easy to operate and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting an installed, I had an issue with the door, not the lock. Install installed and downloaded the program. I like to feature that I can put it on the Airbnb app and schedule new codes with Tenants. I’d highly recommend this product.

Great Connectivity without WiFi or cell service

We needed an Apple TV box to complete the setup. We used a phone hotspot to provide WiFi to set everything up since our Internet was down. Safe and easy to use lock

Great product overall, few things to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a very solid product. Works well, strongly built. I was shocked at how easy it was to set up. App is good on the Android platform. My one hope would be that they create a web app to manage the lock access on the PC/Mac platform. Otherwise very happy with the deadbolt. Will likely buy more in the future.

Airbnb Smart Lock

The electronic setup is touchy and could be greatly improved with a step by step YouTube video. If using Apple HomeKit as I did, the functionality of managing access moves from the Schlage app to HomeKit, but checking the battery must be done on the Schlage app. Battery life seems to be greatly improved with HomeKit setup. Wifi is sketchy at best.
